Our Staff
Bobbe
McGinley, MA, MBA, CSAC, NCGC, LISAC
| Bobbe
has been working in the field of Chemical Dependency since 1988 and has worked
with Problem and Compulsive gamblers since being Certified by the Arizona Council
on Compulsive Gambling, Inc. in 1996 and Nationally Certified in 1999. Beginning
her career at the Hazelden Foundation, Bobbe moved to Phoenix as Senior Counselor
at Progress Valley, IV, was Addictions Program Director at Charter Hospital, in
private practice, and was Program Manager for Trimeridian, Inc. Bobbe is now Clinical
Director,Counselor and Consultant at ACT. | |
Connie
Hillman, CCGC, LISAC
| Connie
has been working in the field of Chemical Dependency since 1988. She received
her education from Hazelden Foundation Counselor Training Program and worked there
as Senior Counselor for seven years. Prior to her move to Phoenix she was Program
Director for an extended care facility for women. Connie is Certified by the Arizona
Council on Compulsive Gambling, Inc. to work with compulsive gamblers and their
families, and continually updates program material. Connie is Program Director
and Senior Counselor at ACT. | |
Michael
Raimondi, MAPC, CCGC, LISAC
| Mike's
experience includes includes his beginning in this field through an internship
at Charter Hospital with Bobbe. He completed an internship at Phoenix Interfaith,
and has done crisis counseling with assault and rape victims and worked with families
at risk. Mike has been involved with ACT for the past four years and was instrumental
in developing our Family Program. Mike is Certified by the Arizona Council on
Compulsive Gambling, Inc. to work with compulsive gamblers and their families.

Addiction Recovery Center. Currently, Surveyor for CARF International.

is a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor working in Treatment Centerssince 1988.
In 1992, anger management became his special area of interest. Thats when
he developed the first anger management training for the Salvation Army Adult
Rehabilitation Center. Since then, Mike has developed and taught anger management classes
for public and private agencies, high-school and community college students, the
criminal-justice system and the general public. In 1996 he was named: Counselor
of the Year by the Arizona Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors. | |
